In a world of fake news, unbiased policy research is more valuable than ever. With careful research on health care reform, health insurance coverage, health disparities and health care for underserved populations, Peter Damiano gives policy makers and the public the tools they need to understand the nuances of confounding health care policy issues. He is the author of more than 200 journal articles and research monographs and has been principal investigator on more than 75 funded research studies. He continues to be clinically active, providing dental services to patients in the UI Faculty Group Practice.
